It empowers businesses to digitize and improve operations, enhance workforce engagement, and drive customer satisfaction. The Marketing Department under Maon Services Ltd. currently serves multiple distillers with a core focus on premium beverages, including sparkling wines, Scotch whiskey, and alcoholic energy drinks.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand Manager

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Branding and Brand Management:

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans for assigned brands in line with company objectives.
  • Implement and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Oversee packaging, creative assets, and brand messaging to meet approved standards.
  • Monitor brand perception, consumer sentiment, and market feedback.
  • Lead initiatives to improve brand awareness, loyalty, and long-term equity.

Integrated Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns across media, digital, and on-ground channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, competitive analysis, and emerging trends to inform marketing activities.
  • Plan, manage and execute campaigns that drive brand engagement, customer loyalty, and market penetration.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving a high ROI.

On-Ground Activation and Partnership Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of on-ground activations, including planning, logistics, staffing, execution, and reporting.
  • Lead tastings, sampling programs, roadshows, trade activations, and experiential events.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships that support brand growth.
  • Supervise promoters, vendors, and activation teams on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Resolve operational issues during live activations.
  • Gather post-activation insights, sales data, and consumer feedback.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Support annual and campaign-level marketing budget planning.
  • Monitor expenditure and ensure efficient resource use.
  • Evaluate vendor quotations and manage cost negotiations.
  • Ensure strong return on investment across marketing activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
  • 4–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience within FMCG, beverage, or lifestyle sectors is preferred.
  • Proven track record in campaign planning, execution, and brand development.
  • Experience working with creative, digital, and activation agencies.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market, trade channels, and consumer behavior.
