Job Title: Content & Social Media Producer (In-House)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos - Required for physical shoots
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Reports To: Creative Director / Managing Partner

Role Overview

• We are looking for a fast, sharp, execution-focused Content & Social Media Producer who can independently shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content across our brands:
  • Lighting & Electrical
  • Construction
  • Homes & Interiors
• This is not a “planner” role.
• This is a builder + executor role.
• If you are slow, overly perfectionist without output, or need constant supervision, this role is not for you.

What You Will Do

• Shoot high-quality video and photo content using:
• DJI drone
• iPhone (Pro models)
• Gimbals & accessories
• Capture on-site construction progress, finished homes, lighting installations, lifestyle brand moments
• Edit and deliver fast-turnaround content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, Stories)
• Post and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Understand trends and quickly adapt them to our industry
• Take ideas thrown at you and build them into finished content
• Propose content ideas weekly (not wait to be instructed)
• Maintain a consistent content calendar
• Track engagement and adjust strategy based on performance
• Ensure brand visuals remain premium and aligned with our positioning

Performance Expectations

• 4–6 high-quality Reels per week
• Daily story coverage when projects are active
• Measurable engagement growth within 90 days
• Visible improvement in brand perception online

Required Skills:

• Strong experience using DJI drones (confident aerial footage)
• Phone content mastery (framing, lighting, fast edits)
• Editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
• Deep understanding of Instagram and short-form trends
• Ability to produce same-day or next-day output when required
• Visually sharp eye (luxury positioning, not basic content)
