About the Role

• We are seeking motivated and well-organised Letting Officers to join our growing team across our Lagos offices. This is an exciting opportunity for real estate professionals who enjoy working with clients, understanding market trends, and connecting people with the right properties.
• In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing and marketing properties, supporting landlords, and helping clients find homes that meet their needs.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable properties to meet client requests and expand the company’s property portfolio.
• Conduct regular market research to provide up-to-date insights on rental values, real estate trends, and competitor activities.
• Market vacant properties across various online and offline channels to ensure maximum visibility.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and budget.
• Match clients with suitable properties that align with their requirements.
• Screen and shortlist tenant applications to ensure they meet stated requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with landlords, providing updates, client feedback, and vacancy status.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and other industry contacts to support ongoing property sourcing efforts.
• Ensure all letting processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./B. Tech), preferably in Estate Management or a related discipline within the built environment.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ relevant experience in lettings, agency, or a similar real estate role.
• Experience working within the Lagos property market is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to engage and interface confidently with premium and high-profile clients.
• Strong research ability and familiarity with property pricing trends.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property listing platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure, respond quickly, and operate effectively in a modern, technology-driven work environment.
