Job Summary
Rock Platform Ltd., the company behind the innovative fintech mobile application RockPay, is seeking a highly creative, results-driven, and digitally skilled Marketing Manager to lead brand awareness, customer acquisition, and digital advertising efforts.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in graphic design, branded content creation, and digital advertising tools to attract, engage, and convert customers to the RockPay platform.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving growth and market visibility for RockPay. This role ensures:

Effective digital advertising that converts leads into active users.

Competitive presence across online platforms.
The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in scaling RockPay’s market presence and building trust among users through impactful and visually compelling campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Advertising:
Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on:
Facebook & Instagram Ads
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Optimize campaigns to maximize app downloads, customer registrations, and transaction activity.
Design high-quality branded marketing materials for RockPay, including:
Social media graphics
Banner ads
Promotional flyers
App launch visuals
Video ad creatives
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline platforms.
Develop visual campaigns that communicate trust, security, and innovation in fintech.
Customer Acquisition & Growth Strategy:
Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain RockPay users.
Identify target customer segments and tailor campaigns accordingly.
Create promotional campaigns to increase app usage and transaction volume.
Implement referral and promotional programs to drive growth.
Content & Social Media Management:
Manage RockPay’s social media presence.
Create engaging content calendars.
Increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Respond to online inquiries and monitor brand reputation.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze marketing performance weekly and monthly.
Provide detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.
Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Monitor competitor marketing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (required).
Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
Experience in fintech, mobile apps, or technology marketing is an advantage.
Technical & Software Skills
Must be highly proficient in:
Facebook Ads Manager
Google Ads
Google Analytics
Graphic design tools such as:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Canva
CorelDRAW
Figma (preferred)
Video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) is a plus.
