Greenage Stores is a bridal and millinery boutique based in Lagos, Nigeria. We specialize in bridal accessories, fascinators, headpieces, and fashion accessories for weddings and special occasions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Operations Officer

Location: Agbara, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• This role combines business development, sales support, customer service, and store operations. You will work closely with the owner to help expand the business, improve visibility, attract more customers, and keep the store running smoothly.
• This is not a corporate desk job, it is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys responsibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through referrals, walk-ins, social media, and networking.
• Identify practical ideas to improve sales, visibility, and overall business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, wedding planners, stylists, makeup artists, and event vendors.
• Work towards achieving agreed monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with product selection and styling guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Support inventory tracking and notify the owner when stock needs replenishment.
• Ensure the store is well arranged, clean, and products are attractively displayed.
• Assist with posting content and responding to messages on social media platforms.
• Identify practical ideas to improve sales, visibility, and overall business growth.

Experience

• Minimum of OND/HND required; a Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, business development, or fashion-related business support.
• Experience working in a small business or startup environment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to increase sales, attract customers, or support business growth.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement, especially in bridal, fashion, or event-related industries.
• Comfortable using basic business tools such as WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Sheets, and simple inventory tracking methods.
• Ability to track sales manually and maintain organized customer records.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills (both in-person and online).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be proactive, trustworthy, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content promotion is an advantage.
• Must live within Agbara and its environs.

Salary
N75,000 - N150,000 per month.
