Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Operator to handle accurate billing, invoicing, and record-keeping activities.
• The ideal candidate must be well-organized, attentive to detail, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
• Maintain proper billing records and documentation
• Verify prices, quantities, and customer details before billing
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Work closely with accounts and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with company billing procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in a billing, accounts, or data entry role
• Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Candidate must reside in Akure or be willing to relocate at personal cost
