Job Summary

• We are seeking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to build long-term partnerships, place high-impact professionals into critical roles and deliver talent solutions with commercial precision and integrity.
• An ambitious, commercially driven Recruitment Consultants ready to thrive in a high-performance environment where standards are high, results are rewarded and careers accelerate.

Responsibilities

• This is a true 360 role and you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while building your own desk and market presence.
• Develop and grow client relationships through business development, networking, and referrals
• Understand hiring needs deeply and deliver tailored, commercially aligned talent solutions
• Source, assess, and engage high-caliber professionals, including senior-level candidates
• Manage a structured pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue and activity targets
• Present top talent convincingly to clients and position opportunities effectively to candidates
• Lead offer negotiations and close deals that create long-term value
• Maintain high standards of communication, feedback, and stakeholder management throughout
• You will own your desk — and your earning potential.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
• 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven commercial role
• A strong desire to exceed targets and maximize income
• The confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives
• Strong business acumen and negotiation capability
• The ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
• Discipline, resilience, and a strong personal work ethic
• The confidence to work independently while contributing to team success
• The maturity to challenge constructively and think clearly under pressure
• Residence within reasonable commuting distance of Lekki, Lagos.
