Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage our security operations.

• This pivotal role involves supervising security personnel, coordinating security activities, and implementing effective security measures throughout the organization.
• The Security Supervisor will be responsible for developing strategies to combat potential threats and will play a critical role in emergency response planning.
• This position calls for a proactive approach to threat assessment and risk management, as well as the capability to lead a team of security professionals effectively. In addition to routinely inspecting premises, the Security Supervisor will also be essential in liaising with law enforcement and emergency services.
• The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, as they will interact with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols and policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure safety and security standards are met.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Monitor surveillance systems and review footage to identify any irregular activities or breaches.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation of all security-related events.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services to enhance security measures and response strategies.
• Provide training and support to security staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and vigilance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar management role within the security field.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency procedures, and surveillance systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to safety and security.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
