Job Title: Training Supervisor

Job Description

• Needs Assessment: Identify training gaps through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with functional managers.
• Program Development: Design, develop, and update training materials, curricula, and policies, often using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Implementation & Delivery: Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of training sessions, sometimes leading sessions directly.
• Staff Supervision: Manage, train, and provide feedback to trainers and other staff involved in learning and development.
• Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness, track progress, and report outcomes to senior management.
• Budget & Resources: Manage training budgets and resources, potentially liaising with external vendors.
• Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the training for new hires.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure training aligns with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degtee with 3-5 years experience.
