Job Description

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Monitor work processes and improve efficiency where necessary.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure work output meets required quality standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance within the team.
• Identify and resolve operational or staff-related issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit operational and performance reports.
• Report key challenges and improvement plans to senior management.
• Monitor inventory or operational resources when applicable.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
• Recycling Operations Support Department (consists of a Training Department, Customer Service Department, and a Supervision Department).

Job Requirements

• BSc or HND in Business Managementis preferred
• More than 3 years of experience in business management and 5 years of managerial position
• Able to operate computers and use office software, with strong team management, leadership skill,organization, coordination, performance management, communication and interpersonal skills.
