Description

• A leading real estate firm in Abuja is seeking a Community Manager who doesn't just manage groups but builds movements.
• We are not looking for a passive moderator; we are looking for a vibrant, creative leader to serve as the face and voice of our Realtor Community.
• This role requires a rare blend of professional discipline, creative flair, and high-level PR skills. If you are mediocre, this is not the role for you. We want a high-achiever who can scale a community from hundreds to thousands while maintaining peak engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute aggressive strategies to grow our realtor network on WhatsApp, Telegram, and other digital platforms.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, relatable, and creative real estate content (video and text) that resonates with professionals and investors.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the "Social Media Face" of the community, utilizing your voice and presence to build trust and authority.
• Event Management: Concept, host, and moderate both virtual sessions (webinars/IG Lives) and high-impact physical events (boot camps, conferences, and workshops).
• Relationship Management (PR): Maintain excellent rapport with top-tier realtors and stakeholders, ensuring the firm remains their first choice for partnerships.

Candidate Requirements

• Presence: Must have a professional, "social media appealing" face and voice with the ability to command attention on camera.
• Communication: Exceptional public speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
• Tech Savvy: Expert knowledge of WhatsApp community tools, Instagram/TikTok trends, and webinar software (Zoom/Google Meet).
• Experience: Proven track record in community building, PR, or event hosting. Experience in the Real Estate sector is a significant advantage.
• Vibe: High energy, charismatic, and "vibrant" are not buzzwords here—they are daily requirements.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
