We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • We are not looking for "talkers." We are looking for closers.
  • Our firm is expanding its footprint in the Abuja real estate market, and we require aSales Executive who understands that real estate is not about showing properties—it is about psychological negotiation, strategic pitching, and the relentless pursuit of a "closed deal."
  • This is a high-pressure, high-reward role for a professional who is self-motivated and possesses a "no-excuses" approach to hitting targets. If you require hand-holding or constant supervision, do not apply.

Core Responsibilities

  • High-Stakes Pitching: Present luxury and commercial real estate portfolios to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and corporate bodies with absolute clarity and persuasion.
  • Lead Conversion: Transform cold and warm leads into confirmed sales through consistent follow-up and superior relationship management.
  • Advanced Negotiation: Navigate complex objections and price discussions to reach favorable terms for the firm while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Contract Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to the final signing of the Deed of Assignment/Contract of Sale.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of Abuja’s real estate trends, pricing, and competitor movements to position our offerings effectively.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of verifiable experience in real estate sales. You must have a track record of closing multi-million Naira deals.
  • Articulacy: Mastery of the English language with the ability to communicate with sophistication and authority.
  • Professionalism: Impeccable grooming and a corporate demeanor suitable for high-level networking.
  • Resilience: A thick skin and the ability to handle rejection without losing momentum.
  • Network: An existing database of potential investors or high-value clients is a major advantage.
