Job Description

• We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team.
• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our facility. As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee security operations, manage personnel, and be responsible for developing and implementing effective security policies and procedures.
• This position demands a proactive approach to risk management and the ability to respond swiftly to incidents and emergencies. You will collaborate closely with law enforcement agencies and liaise with senior management to address security concerns.
• The right individual will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of current security technology and practices. You will be expected to train and mentor security staff, conduct regular inspections and audits of security measures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining a secure environment for all employees and visitors, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to professional development within the security field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective coverage and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of security operations and protocols to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, conducting investigations and preparing detailed reports as needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services to enhance safety and security measures.
• Provide training and guidance to security staff on security practices and emergency response procedures.
• Monitor and analyze security systems to ensure optimal functionality and timely reporting of issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a security supervisory role or similar capacity.
• Strong understanding of security operations, risks, and crisis management protocols.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with employees and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the security industry.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and make decisions under pressure.
