Job Title: Production Team Member

Location: Ogbomoso, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking motivated, creative, and hardworking individuals to join our Production Team.
• As a member of the production team, you will support the creation, finishing, and delivery of concrete furniture and lifestyle products that reflect the company’s design values and high quality standards.
• This role is ideal for enthusiastic team players who are passionate about craftsmanship, sustainable design, and learning new production techniques in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the manufacturing and finishing of concrete furniture and lifestyle pieces
• Support pre-production preparation, including material handling, mixing, moulding, and curing processes.
• Maintain high-quality control standards throughout the production process.
• Help organise the workshop and ensure workspaces are clean, safe, and efficient.
• Collaborate with designers, production managers, and other team members to meet production deadlines.
• Participate in product packaging and preparation for delivery or showroom display.
• Uphold the brand’s values of sustainability, creativity, and craftsmanship in every task

Education & Qualification

• Minimum: Secondary school certificate (SSCE/GCE) with 1-2 years of experience
• Diploma or certification in Art, Design, Fine and Applied Arts, Industrial Technology, or related fields is an advantage.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, carpentry, design production, or workshop settings is an added benefit but not essential.

• Ability to follow instructions and learn new production techniques quickly.

Salary
N40,000 - N70,000 / Month.
