We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand & Content Community Lead

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation:

• Execute and implement a robust content strategy that aligns seamlessly with the brand’s identity, positioning, and core values.
• Lead the planning, creation, and publishing of engaging, on-brand content across all social, digital, and community platforms.
• Act as the guardian of the brand voice, ensuring consistency across all communication channels to maintain brand integrity.
• Synergize with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to develop creative assets that strictly adhere to the company’s brand guidelines.
• Ensure the timely posting of content in line with the approved content calendar across all platforms.

Community Management & Engagement:

• Build and nurture vibrant online and offline communities that foster loyalty, advocacy, and two-way conversations between the brand and its customers.
• Monitor, moderate, and actively engage with audiences to spark meaningful connections and conversations.
• Manage community relationships by responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across all digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify opportunities for user-generated content (UGC) that strengthens brand love and authenticity.

Digital Marketing, Partnerships & Performance:

• Create influencer marketing strategies and manage end-to-end influencer relationships and transactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and externally with Strategic and Impact partners (e.g., Chowdeck, Glovo, Destiny Trust) to align campaigns with broader business goals.
• Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns across all platforms to increase the traction, visibility, and profitability of our brands.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, community growth, sentiment) and campaign KPIs to assess profitability and optimize future results.
• Collaborate with the Head of Brands & Marketing to implement strategies for effective email marketing, blogs, and newsletters.

Operational Excellence & Brand Compliance:

• Conduct scheduled outlet visits to ensure physical compliance with brand image and guidelines.
• Participate in broader marketing activities, including new outlet activations, direct marketing, and event planning.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each digital platform to maximize the visibility of social content.
• Ensure the business remains up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in related field with relevant years of experience.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
