Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a competent HR Manager to drive implementation and sustain a culture of high performance. Role Summary The HR Manager will implement and manage Popville’s Performance Management System (PMS), Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking, Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework, Conversations, Feedback and Recognition (CFR) culture, recruitment, onboarding, and overall HR operations.
  • This role collaborates with Management and the HR Consultant to activate, monitor, and optimize all HR structures for scalability.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Management (KPIs + OKRs + CFRs):

  • Implement and manage the structured PMS.
  • Coordinate monthly check-ins, quarterly reviews, and appraisals.
  • Monitor KPIs and OKR progress across departments.
  • Facilitate performance conversations, feedback loops, and recognition initiatives.
  • Administer Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and generate reports for decision-making.

CFR Culture Activation:

  • Institutionalize one-on-one conversations and constructive feedback.
  • Drive recognition programs to build a developmental, accountable culture.
  • Support managers in delivering measurable, emotionally intelligent feedback.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment aligned with growth objectives.
  • Maintain structured onboarding, induction, and staff file management.

HR Structure & Compliance:

  • Update job descriptions, reporting lines, and policies.
  • Oversee attendance, leave, payroll alignment, and digital/physical documentation.
  • Evaluate HR workflows for gaps and recommend scalable improvements.

Training, Reporting & Culture Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions (e.g., LinkedIn visibility, communication, sales prospecting).
  • Promote professionalism, branding, and engagement initiatives.
  • Track performance data and provide monthly/quarterly analytics insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. with 4–6+ years progressive HR experience.
  • Proven implementation of performance systems (KPIs, OKRs, CFRs).
  • Strong knowledge of feedback cultures, reporting, and HR operations.
  • High integrity, documentation skills, and structure orientation.
  • Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, PHRi, SPHRi) and work experience in the Luxury Real Estate sector are added advantages. Ideal Candidate Profile
