Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle basic administrative duties and record keeping.
• Provide administrative support to various departments when required.

Requirements

• Proficient in computer operations and QuickBooks.
• Good educational background.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Salary
N80,000 per month.
