We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant / Account Officer

Location: Oluyole, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The organisation is looking to fill the position of an Accountant/Account Personnel on these key role:

• Monitor cash flow and petty cash account.
• Develop and execute cash management strategies
• Review financial records including A/R, A/P, Inventory, etc prepared by subordinates for accuracy, completeness and conformance to policy
• Monitor and supervise the daily stock/cash reconciliation process
• Prepare financial statements and ensure they are accurate and timely
• Minimize credit risks and bad debt losses by monitoring credit limits, account payment history, and the financial status of all accounts
• Manage team to ensure transactions are completed within agreed time lines
• Review and approve all processed invoices, credits and cash receipts ensure that they are proper and that they are being processed in a timely manner
• Supervise and managing team members, including coaching, training, and ongoing performance management
• Interact with Sales Team to research Customer Account issues
• Ensure monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of transactions into Sage 200

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree. 

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
