Role Overview

• As our Remote Social Media Manager, you will be the creative force behind our online presence.
• You will develop engaging content, grow our community, increase brand awareness, and drive conversions across all social media platforms.
• This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international fashion brand and play a key role in shaping its global digital identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Develop and execute social media strategies that increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility
• Manage daily posting, stories, comments, and direct messages professionally and promptly
• Design visually appealing posts, reels, and short-form video content aligned with the brand identity
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep the brand ahead in the fashion space
• Analyze performance metrics and provide weekly and monthly reports with growth insights
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to execute campaigns and product launches
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our online audience and potential influencers

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably for a fashion or lifestyle brand
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Skilled in content creation, captions, storytelling, and visual presentation
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
