We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Videographer

Location: Yaba, Lekki, Osapa, Ogudu, Ikeja, Maryland - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Purpose

• The Videographer is responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality, appetizing, and engaging video content that showcases Pinnah Foods’ brands. You will translate our ENRICH values into a visual language that drives "Customer Service" and "Excellence" across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production & Strategy:

• Storyboarding: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for social media reels, YouTube shorts, and brand documentaries.
• Planning: Organize shoot schedules across various Lagos outlets (Yaba, Ogudu, Osapa, Lekki, Ikeja, etc.) to ensure a consistent flow of content.

Production (The "Shoot"):

• Cinematography: Capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras, ensuring proper framing, lighting, and sound.
• Food Styling (Visual): Work with the Chefs and Slicers to ensure food is presented in the most appetizing way under the lens.
• Human-Centered Stories: Capture the "Happy Community" by filming staff interactions, customer reactions, and our CSR activities (e.g., The Destiny Trust partnership).

Post-Production (The "Edit"):

• Editing: Use Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to cut raw footage into polished videos.
• Motion Graphics: Use After Effects to add text overlays, brand logos, and "pop-up" call-to-actions.
• Color Grading: Ensure all videos have the "Premium & Warm" color grade that defines the Pinnah Foods aesthetic.

The "Pinnah Visual" Standards:

• To maintain our "Excellence" pillar, all video content must meet the following:
  • Cleanliness: Footage must reflect our strict hygiene and "Clean-as-you-go" standards.
  • Vibrancy: Colors should be rich and inviting making the customer "crave" the product instantly.
  • Authenticity: We value real shots over stock footage. Every frame must feel like a genuine part of the Pinnah community.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional videography experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Portfolio: A strong showreel demonstrating food-specific cinematography and social media storytelling.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition).
• Equipment: Must have a deep understanding of lighting for food and audio capture in noisy restaurant environments.
• Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and travel between outlets.

N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
