Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality across our healthcare operations.
• The ideal candidate will implement and maintain QA processes, monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards across the healthcare facility
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols, including ISO standards or relevant healthcare regulations
• Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to identify gaps in quality and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards
• Review and analyze operational processes, patient care protocols, and clinical outcomes to improve service delivery
• Lead training programs on quality management, regulatory compliance, and best practices for staff
• Prepare regular quality reports and present findings to senior management
• Investigate incidents, complaints, or deviations, and ensure timely resolution and documentation
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, patient safety, and operational excellence

Educational & Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field such as Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, or related discipline
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance management, preferably in healthcare or medical services
• Certification from a recognized professional body in Quality Assurance (e.g., CQI, ASQ, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and healthcare compliance requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills · Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills · Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving quality objectives
• Proficiency in report writing and quality documentation.
