Position Overview

• We are seeking two (2) competent and motivated Site Engineers to support the execution and supervision of civil and infrastructure works on-site.
• This role is suitable for fresh graduates with 2–3 years of relevant site experience who are eager to develop professionally under structured project environments. COREN certification is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision and execution of site construction activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Ensure works are carried out in compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate daily site activities, including artisans, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages, damages, or variations.
• Support setting-out works, measurements, and site inspections.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and documentation.
• Identify and report technical issues, risks, or non-conformities to the Project Manager.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies on site.
• Perform any other site-related duties as may be assigned by the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduate with 2–3 years of relevant site engineering experience.
• COREN registration is compulsory (proof will be requested).
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong willingness to learn, good work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 per month.
