We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team and the internal design team to create cohesive and compelling visual and written content that aligns with brand standards and is marketable.
• Lead, Manage, Mentor, train, and develop a sale team of 50 to 100 members within 3 months for marketing that drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Set clear sales targets, objectives, and performance goals for the team, and monitor their progress.
• Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan
• Motivate and monitor the sales team to ensure the best productivity and consistent sales.
• Digital Presence: Manage and enhance our online presence, including social media, website, and other digital platforms to engage with our audience and grow our following.
• Event Planning: Plan and execute events, promotions, and other activities to increase brand awareness and engagement.

 Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with a minimum of years of working experience.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / month.
