We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • We are seeking an elite professional to occupy a high-impact dual role that combines Strategic Human Resources Management with High-Level Executive Support.
  • This is not a role for a passive administrator.
  • We require a disciplined Enforcer and Operations Expert who can translate executive vision into institutional reality. You will be responsible for the MD’s operational efficiency and the organization’s human capital.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to command respect, maintain absolute confidentiality, and drive rigorous standards across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Leadership & Enforcement:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Identify, headhunt, and vet high-tier talent. You will design and execute a rigorous onboarding process that aligns new hires with our corporate DNA.
  • Performance Management: Develop and enforce KPIs. You are responsible for holding the team accountable to the organization's standards and taking decisive action when performance falters.
  • Organizational Development: Transform the MD’s long-term vision into structured departmental goals and operational workflows.
  • Policy Compliance: Act as the primary enforcer of company policy, ensuring that the workplace remains disciplined, professional, and high-yielding.

Executive Support & Itinerary Management:

  • Precision Scheduling: Manage the MD’s comprehensive itinerary, including complex travel logistics, meeting prioritizations, and time-blocking.
  • Project & Event Oversight: Take raw concepts from the MD and execute them to completion. This includes the end-to-end management of corporate events, high-stakes meetings, and internal initiatives.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the definitive gatekeeper. You will filter all internal and external communications, ensuring the MD is briefed only on high-priority matters.
  • Execution & Multitasking: Manage multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously without a decline in quality or attention to detail.

The ideal candidate must possess a rare blend of high intelligence and emotional fortitude. We are looking for:

  • The Architect: Someone who can take a vague idea and build a concrete plan, team, and event around it.
  • The Enforcer: A professional with the confidence to correct deviations from company policy and the strength to manage high-performing (and sometimes difficult) personalities.
  • The Multitasker: An individual who remains calm and analytical under extreme pressure and shifting priorities.
  • The Strategist: A creative thinker who doesn't just identify problems but arrives with three vetted solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Senior HR role, preferably combined with Executive Assistant experience at the C-Suite level.
  • Proven track record in Event Management and Project Coordination.
  • Exceptional command of professional English; impeccable written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced proficiency in operational software (ERP, CRM, and Project Management tools).
  • A background that demonstrates "Change Maker" status—provide evidence of systems or cultures you have successfully transformed.
