Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented Growth Manager to lead and oversee Sales, Business Development, Digital Marketing, and Brand Growth initiatives across Testify Limited.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, strengthening brand positioning, building strategic partnerships, and developing scalable growth systems that support long-term business objectives.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, performance marketing expertise, relationship management, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify new revenue streams across Business Consult, Academy, and Community arms.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
Lead corporate sales initiatives for QA and digital assurance services.
Develop and manage sales pipelines and forecasting systems.
Identify, approach, and close high-value corporate and institutional clients.
Develop proposals, pitch decks, and commercial offers.
Oversee client relationship management and upselling strategies.
Establish strategic alliances and enterprise partnerships.
Develop and oversee digital marketing strategy across all platforms.
Manage content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
Drive lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.
Strengthen Testify Limited’s brand positioning within the tech and QA industry.
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand identity.
Oversee brand storytelling, thought leadership, and PR opportunities.
Coordinate brand visibility through events, webinars, partnerships, and speaking engagements.
Monitor brand performance and perception metrics.
Track and report on growth KPIs and revenue performance.
Use data to optimize campaigns, funnels, and sales processes.
Develop dashboards and performance reports for leadership.
Continuously test, refine, and scale growth initiatives.
Oversee and coordinate sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives.
Build scalable systems for sustainable growth.
Requirements
Experience:
Candidate should possess relevant qualifications.
2–3years’ experience in growth, sales, business development, or digital marketing.
Proven track record of driving revenue and scaling business growth.
Experience in tech, SaaS, consulting, or digital services environment preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong strategic thinking and execution capability.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of digital marketing and growth funnels.
