Overview

• The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that elevate brand positioning and drive sales for the business.
• This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and deep industry knowledge to enhance customer experience, increase brand desirability, and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a marketing plan that aligns with the brand's luxury positioning and business objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints to deliver a seamless and high-end brand experience.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities within the luxury retail landscape.
• Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
• Manage seasonal product launches, exclusive collections, and VIP customer engagement programs.
• Develop digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising, to drive online and in-store traffic.
• Oversee social media content, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI) while tracking report on key marketing KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations
• Cultivate relationships with luxury media, influencers, and high-profile clientele to boost brand visibility.
• Organize and oversee high-end brand events, pop-ups, and experiential activations. Leverage customer data and insights to personalize marketing efforts and improve the customer journey.
• Monitor consumer behavior and preferences to refine marketing strategies and product positioning.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum impact.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and merchandising teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Business or any other relevant field.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience.
• Professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and sound judgement.
• Must be a critical thinker.
• Must be committed to the job and be responsible.
• Must be professional in creating reports in compliance with the company’s standards.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must have a proactive attitude.
• Passion for idea creation, relationship and consensus building.
• Flexible with the ability to adapt and change as required.
• Values teamwork and works well in a cross-functional environment.

Skills:

• Must be a generalist in traditional and digital marketing and communications, have some experience in the local market, West Africa, and international markets.
• Must be technologically savvy to carry out detailed research.
• Must be proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, best practices, and procedures.
• Ability to draw up monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
• Detail-oriented, great follow-through with the ability to perform well with limited supervision and direction.
• Must possess strong multi-channel marketing skills such as traditional, digital, social media marketing, etc and be results-based.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to leverage on their existing networks/connections.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
