Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Loan Operations Associate to join our financial team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administration of loan processing, documentation, funding, and servicing.
• This role ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations while providing support to internal stakeholders and delivering excellent service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage loan processing from origination through funding and servicing.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation in accordance with regulatory and institutional standards.
• Monitor loan disbursements and repayments, maintaining accurate records in the loan management system.
• Support internal teams with loan inquiries, audits, and portfolio analysis.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk management to ensure adherence to applicable laws and guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending regulations, financial products, and industry best practices.
• Generate reports and provide insights on loan portfolio performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in loan operations, loan servicing, or a related financial role.
• Strong knowledge of lending procedures, financial regulations, and loan systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and loan management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
