We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Producer / Researcher (Workflow Automation)

Location: Abuja (FCT) - Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We are looking for a team of modern professionals who understand that Artificial Intelligence is not a replacement for creativity, but a rocket fuel for it.
• We are looking for an organized, tech-savvy assistant to ensure the team operates like a well-oiled machine.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, calendars, and project timelines using smart scheduling tools.
• Automate repetitive administrative tasks (emails, file sorting, data entry).
• Take meeting notes using AI transcribers (Zoom Ai) and convert them into actionable to-do lists for the team.
• Act as the bridge between the creative team and management.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 2 years of work experience. 

Required Toolset (Experience with these or similar):

• Productivity: Notion, Trello, Zapier (for automation).
• Communication: Discord, Slack.

Core Competencies for All Applicants:

• Adaptability: New AI tools release weekly. You must be willing to learn them immediately.
• Prompt Engineering: You must know how to talk to LLMs to get the best output (Context, Nuance, Iteration).
• Speed & Quality: You use tools to work 10x faster, but you have the human taste to ensure the quality is elite.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 monthly.
