Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an Online Customer Service Officer to manage and attend to customers across digital platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via online channels.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Resolve complaints and escalate issues where necessary.
• Maintain a professional and friendly brand voice at all times.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of work experience.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
