About the Role

• This role is a high-stakes leadership position serving as the strategic lead for a premium office hub.
• You will be responsible for overseeing high-net-worth tenant relations, managing facility operations, and driving the location's financial performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive occupancy growth and revenue through professional lead conversion, facility tours, and the strategic sale of virtual offi ce and meeting room packages.
• Financial Management & Accountability:Utilizing an accounting background to ensure business profi tability.
• Community & Operations:Coordinate daily facility operations, manage onsite staff and vendors, and ensure administrative accuracy in all lease agreements and offi cial correspondence.
• Data & Reporting: Utilize MS Excel and Word to maintain precise Occupancy databases and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the hub meets its Target.

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or related fields
• Technical Skills: Expert Profi ciency in MS Excel (Must be able to create fi nancial trackers and use formulas).
• Proficiency in MS Word (For professional documentation and contracts).
• Experience: 2+ years in Coworking, Real Estate, Premium Hospitality, or Facility Management.
• Background: Proven experience in bookkeeping or basic accounting is mandatory.
