Job Summary

• We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Sales & Growth Associate to promote Odurinde eLearning courses to students, young professionals, and individuals looking to switch careers into tech.
• This is a paid role and a great opportunity for arecent graduate, undergraduate, or early-career professional who wants hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and the EdTech space.
• The ideal candidate is confident, outgoing, and passionate about education and technology.
• You’ll engage directly with potential learners, both online and offline, explaining how Odurinde eLearning can help them start or transition into a tech career.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Odurinde eLearning courses to students, young professionals, and career switchers.
• Engage potential learners through face-to-face conversations, campus outreach, community events, and online platforms.
• Clearly explain course offerings, benefits, career outcomes, and learning paths.
• Support student onboarding and respond to basic enquiries.
• Assist with sales and marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.
• Collect feedback from prospects and learners to help improve our offerings.

Who This Role Is For:

• Acurrent undergraduate, recent graduate, or early-career professionallooking to build a career in sales, marketing, or EdTech.
• Someone comfortable approaching people and starting conversations.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking to individuals and small groups.

• Understanding of sales or marketing.

• Experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or promotions.
