Job Description
The Executive Director – Growth & Partnerships will assume full strategic and commercial responsibility for expanding the organization’s real estate portfolio, driving revenue generation, and forging high-value strategic alliances.
This is a boardroom-level mandate requiring a seasoned professional capable of translating market intelligence into actionable growth strategies, negotiating complex deals, and scaling the organization’s portfolio with measurable impact.
The role carries full P&L visibility and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the company, encompassing new developments, partnerships, and investor engagement.
Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value real estate development and investment opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with institutional investors, corporate clients, government agencies, and development partners.
Lead the negotiation of joint ventures, strategic alliances, and high-value contracts.
Collaborate with project, finance, and marketing teams to optimize investment returns and mitigate risk.
Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate business development performance, revenue growth, and deal pipeline progress.
Represent the organization at high-profile industry forums, investor meetings, and strategic business events.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Professional certifications in real estate, project management, or strategic business development advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in business development, real estate investment, or corporate strategy within a Tier-1 real estate or property development firm.
Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role with P&L or revenue responsibility.
Demonstrated track record of originating and executing high-value deals exceeding USD $50 million annually for at least three consecutive years.
Proven ability to negotiate joint ventures, strategic alliances, or institutional partnerships.
Extensive exposure to high-profile investor, corporate, and government stakeholder engagement.
Other Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes within the first 90 days, including a validated deal pipeline and actionable market growth strategy.
Exceptional professional integrity and ethical standards.
Ability to operate effectively under high-value, competitive, and high-visibility conditions.
Willingness to undergo background, reference, and deal verification review.
