Purpose Statement

• We are seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our products. In this role, you will support the product lifecycle from idea to launch ensuring our products meet customer needs and business goals.
• You will help define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to deliver solutions that create value for users and drive company growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and objectives to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review product requirements documents (PRD).
• Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to prioritize features and align efforts.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Translate customer feedback and insights into actionable product improvements and features.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
• Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Define and track key performance metrics to assess product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centered design and exceptional user experiences.
• Manage product launches, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
• Gather and analyze feedback post-launch, iterating on products to enhance their value and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer engineering or related field with a minimum 2 years proven track record in product management or related roles.
