Job Summary

• Accappocco Global Services Nigeria Limited is seeking a smart, result-driven, and experienced Marketing Executive to drive business growth, expand our client base, and promote our environmental, safety, engineering, and business support services across key industries including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Construction, Telecommunications, and Government sectors.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, securing contracts, managing client relationships, and increasing revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote company services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries
• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
• Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals
• Respond to tenders, RFQs, and RFPs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking platforms
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets

Services to be Marketed:

• Equipment Calibration & Inspection Services
• Environmental Management & Monitoring (EIA, ESIA, Environmental Audits, Noise Mapping, etc.)
• Integrated Safety Services & HSE Training
• Waste Management (Industrial & Municipal)
• Engineering Equipment Procurement
• Business Support Services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years marketing experience (preferably in Environmental, Engineering, Oil & Gas, or HSE sectors)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of corporate and industrial markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Professional certifications in marketing or HSE (added advantage)

Remuneration

• Salary: N60,000 - N70,000 per month.
