We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: C-suite Driver

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Contract
Reports To: Executive Assistant / Head of Operations

Job Summary

• The C-Suite Driver will provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to company executives. This role requires discretion, punctuality, and excellent knowledge of local and regional routes.
• The driver may also assist with administrative and logistical support for executive activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company executives to and from meetings, airports, events, and other assigned destinations.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information and discussions encountered during work.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, maintained, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrival, considering traffic and schedule changes.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials, luggage, or documents when necessary.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate with mechanics for maintenance or repairs.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Follow company policies and protocols for safety, security, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; professional driving experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a personal or executive driver.
• Knowledge of traffic rules, city and regional roads, and GPS navigation.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including early mornings or late evenings.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily office-based but may require travel to different locations.
• Must be physically capable of long periods of driving and occasional lifting.

Salary

• N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
