Job Title: Female Manager

Location: Ikota Shopping Complex, VGC - Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Coordinate and oversee daily team activities and shift schedules.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing support, training, and feedback.
• Onboard and train new team members, ensuring alignment with brand values and store standards.
• Ensure every customer receives attentive, personalized service that reflects our brand.
• Train staff on best practices for customer interaction, including store etiquette, cleaning after customers, and maintaining store presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Support the achievement of sales goals through team motivation and strategic oversight.
• Lead the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring an attractive, on-brand presentation.
• Supervise regular store cleaning and upkeep to maintain a welcoming and organized space.
• Assist with the display and setup of new product arrivals and collections.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock taking, and ensure accuracy in stock records.
• Follow up on customer layaways and charge accounts, ensuring timely communication and proper documentation.
• Assist with managing new deliveries and preparing products for sale.
• Collaborate on content creation for marketing, including photoshoots, product styling, and promotional material.
• Assist in managing and updating the website to reflect current inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports covering team performance, sales, inventory, and operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND
• 3 - 4 years of experience with Minimum of 1- years in Managerial or Supervision role.
• Good command of English both writing and verbal.
• Excellent Leadership skill
• Passion for Fashion
• Must be A FEMALE
• Must live within Ajah axis ( badore, ado road, ilaje, Adesanya, Ikota)
• Age range -30--30-35 years.

Salary
N150,000 - N160,000 monthly.
