Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Associate is a pivotal role within our growing marketing function, responsible for executing and optimising our digital presence to enhance brand authority, generate qualified leads, and support client retention.
This role requires a unique hybrid of creative digital skills, analytical rigor, and a deep appreciation for the regulatory and reputational sensitivities of the asset management industry.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on executor, managing day-to-day digital operations while contributing to strategic campaigns that differentiate Le Finesse in a competitive landscape.
Duities and Responsibilities
Create, edit, and proofread high-quality digital content for web, email, and social platforms, ensuring clarity, brand consistency, and compliance with SEC marketing regulations.
Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, paid social, search) from setup to deployment using HubSpot/Marketo and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Coordinate with design teams (internal or external) to produce digital assets (graphics, short-form video, presentations) that align with brand standards.
Support the management of the firm’s LinkedIn corporate presence, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and assisting with community management in a regulated environment.
Build, segment, test, and deploy email campaigns and quarterly newsletters. Manage contact lists and ensure compliance.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis. Support the management of Google Ads (Search) campaigns targeting institutional and intermediary audiences.
Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social insights. Compile monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights for leadership.
Serve as a power user and internal champion for the firm’s marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress, Google Workspace, LinkedIn). Maintain the digital marketing content calendar and ensure all projects are tracked and delivered on time.
Assist in the management of lead flow from digital channels into the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring proper tracking and attribution.
Work closely with the Compliance department to submit all digital marketing materials for preapproval, maintain meticulous archives of all campaigns, and ensure all disclosures are present and correct.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and financial services regulatory changes that impact marketing communications.
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or similar are added advantage.
Qualification and Experoence
4-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably within financial services, professional services, B2B technology, or a similarly complex, regulated industry.
Experience in asset management, wealth management, fintech, or investment banking.
Content Management Systems (WordPress required).
Email Marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
Social media management, specifically LinkedIn for Business.
Analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva is a plus.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Understanding of SEO principles and paid digital advertising.
