Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Renewable Solar Energy)

Location: Oregun, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Business Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with strong knowledge of renewable solar energy and power solutions.
• The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for solar energy products and power solutions.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solar solutions for clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project execution follow-up.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Business Manager.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years proven experience in sales and marketing within the renewable solar energy or power industry.
• Strong understanding of solar systems, inverters, batteries, and energy storage solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Salary
N400,000 monthly.
