Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area in Apapa.
• The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any related field
• Proven experience as Receptionist, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
