Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Lifecheck to lead and grow our Lifecheck business.
This role carries full accountability for strategy, financial performance, clinical and operational excellence, people leadership, and sustainable expansion.
The ideal candidate is a commercially astute healthcare leader with strong clinical and operational insight, proven P&L ownership, and a passion for building high-performing teams while delivering exceptional patient and client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
Align Lifecheck objectives with overall organizational strategy
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence
Operations & Clinical Management:
Oversee daily clinical operations ensuring seamless, high-quality service delivery
Guide and manage clinicians to meet required service levels
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards
Manage vendors, partners, ad-hoc staff, and employees
Revenue Growth & Business Development:
Drive growth across all revenue streams
Identify and capitalize on new and existing business opportunities
Develop and implement impactful sales and marketing strategies.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, regulators, and professional associations
Ensure alignment with organizational leadership
Represent Lifecheck at key industry forums and engagements.
People Leadership:
Attract, develop, and retain top medical and wellness talent
Lead recruitment, training, mentoring, and succession planning initiatives
Build a high-performance, engaged workforce culture.
Marketing & Public Relations:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
Lead digital and social media initiatives
Drive innovative PR campaigns to strengthen market presence.
Financial Management:
Full Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability
Ensure financial discipline and budget adherence
Analyze revenue streams and optimize margins.
Expansion & Growth:
Identify expansion opportunities (new services, partnerships, markets)
Launch new revenue streams and service lines
Develop and implement sustainable growth strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
MBBS or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or related field
MBA or Master’s degree in Business Management
Relevant professional certifications (advantageous)
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in a senior management role with P&L responsibility within the
healthcare industry
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development capabilities.
