Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Parts Manager at Boulos Enterprises Limited.
• The Parts Manager will oversee the management of service parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are optimized and maintaining a seamless inventory control system.
• The role includes driving customer satisfaction through efficient parts supply, managing customer service interactions, and ensuring timely availability of spare parts to support service repairs and sales.
• Additionally, they will collaborate with the service team to provide high-quality after-sales support and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience in the automotive or motor vehicle industry is preferred.
• Strong skills in Inventory Management and Inventory Control.
• Experience with Service Parts and related logistics.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively with service teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
