Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

• Converting inquiries into booked consultations
• Following up leads professionally and consistently
• Handling WhatsApp, calls, and social media inquiries
• Guiding clients through their treatment journey
• Ensuring every client feels heard, informed, and valued

Requirements
We are looking for someone who:

• Is excellent at communication and persuasion
• Understands sales psychology
• Is organized and disciplined
• Can handle objections confidently
• Is proactive, not reactive
• Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, or high-ticket sales is an advantage.
