Job Title: Structural Engineer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Structural Engineer will be responsible for structural design review, site supervision, and quality assurance of structural elements across real estate projects.
• The role ensures that all structural works comply with approved designs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret structural designs and calculations.
• Supervise structural works including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and reinforcements.
• Ensure compliance with approved structural drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks on structural elements.
• Collaborate with architects, site engineers, and contractors.
• Identify and resolve structural issues or risks proactively.

Job – Specific Responsibilities

• Verify reinforcement detailing and placement before concreting.
• Approve formwork, casting, and curing processes.
• Conduct load assessments and structural integrity checks.
• Prepare structural reports and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and consultants when required.

Requirements

• BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering (COREN registration preferred).
• 5–8 years experience in structural supervision and design review.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures and site execution.
• Ability to supervise critical structural works independently.
• Knowledge of Nigerian building codes and safety standards.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Lekki.
