Description

  • The Senior Executive is a pivotal role for an experienced professional with unmatched expertise in the microfinance banking sector.
  • This individual will drive high-level sales strategy, lead market expansion efforts, and play a key role in shaping the bank’s growth trajectory.

  • Beyond achieving sales objectives, this leader will contribute significantly to building operational systems and fostering a high-performance culture, positioning Aella for long-term success in the dynamic financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

  • Architect and execute sales strategies that align with the bank’s vision for market leadership and revenue growth.
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and regulatory developments to inform proactive decision-making.
  • Partner with executive leadership to integrate sales objectives with overall organisational goals, offering strategic input on business priorities.

Market Expansion and Business Growth:

  • Identify and capitalise on emerging opportunities in untapped markets, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the microfinance sector, enhancing the bank’s visibility and influence.
  • Lead the introduction and scaling of innovative financial solutions tailored to diverse customer needs.

Operational Excellence:

  • Design and implement best-in-class sales processes, leveraging technology and analytics for optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience
Microfinance Expertise:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and leadership roles, with significant time spent in the microfinance banking sector.
