Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Experience
Microfinance Expertise:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and leadership roles, with significant time spent in the microfinance banking sector.
In-depth knowledge of microfinance products, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.

Demonstrated ability to create and implement long-term strategies that yield measurable success.
