Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to drive lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and follow up on leads effectively.
Upsell and cross-sell loan products to boost sales.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring retention and timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with teams to streamline customer onboarding and improve sales strategies.
Achieve a minimum monthly sales target as set by the management
Maintain a lead conversion rate of at least 30% of all qualified leads contacted.
Accurately log call outcomes in the CRM system, maintaining 100% accuracy in customer data entry.
Follow up on leads to ensure at least 80% follow-through on promised callbacks or engagements.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional loan products to existing customers, achieving a 10% increase in sales per quarter.
Retain a minimum of 70% of existing customers through exceptional service and by offering tailored solutions.
Contribute to reducing customer churn by ensuring 85% of customers are contacted before repayment deadlines.
Participate in weekly performance reviews with supervisors, meeting the set KPIs each quarter.
Engage customers in a friendly, professional, and persuasive manner to build trust and rapport.
Clearly explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective customers to help them make informed decisions.
Handle objections effectively, turning negative responses into sales opportunities.
Address customer inquiries or complaints efficiently, resolving issues within 24 hours when possible.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors while ensuring the customer feels valued and informed.
Adhere to company policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all customer interactions.
Collaborate with the telesales team and other departments (e.g., underwriting, customer service) to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Share feedback from customers with the team to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Participate in sales training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Stay updated on loan policies, market trends, and competitor offerings to remain competitive.
A Glimpse Into a Day on the Job:
Contacting potential customers to inform them about Checkoff Finance’s products.
Directing prospects to the customer experience team when needed
Uploading, processing and monitoring customer’s request via appropriate channels to ensure customer success.
Liaise with customer experience team in handling grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keeping adequate records of call logs and sales for administrative purposes
Requirements
Minimum of OND
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Must have formal or informal sales experience.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication skills: oral, written, and comprehension.
Tech-savvy and ready to learn, with a willingness to gain experience in CRM software.
Persuasive, self-driven, and excellent at managing time.

Earnings Potential and Benefits
Salary: N80,000 per month.
