Job Title: Valve Maintenance / Repair Technician

Job Summary

• Are you experienced in industrial valve diagnostics, refurbishment, and pressure-integrity testing in oil & gas facilities?
• We’re looking for a technically sound Valve Maintenance / Repair Technician with strong hands-on expertise in preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Valve Maintenance & Mechanical Support
• Overhaul, refurbish, and pressure-test valves.
• Perform lapping, seat reconditioning, stem replacement, actuator calibration, and torque setting.
• Maintain valve integrity within high-pressure gas systems (SNG environment).
• Diagnose leakage, passing valves, actuator failures, and mechanical wear.
• Execute maintenance in compliance with PTW, LOTO, and HSE standards
• Support plant shutdowns and turnaround maintenance activities.

Technical Requirements

• 7–10+ years’ experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of static & rotating equipment interfaces.
• Experience with pressure vessels, piping systems & flange management.
• Skilled in root cause analysis (RCA) and post-maintenance testing.
• Proficient in maintenance documentation & reporting systems.

• Comfortable working in high-risk, high-compliance environments
• Able to work in remote locations & emergency callouts.
