Bespoke Urban Luxury Limited is a global brand real estate development company dedicated to redefining urban living. We are committed to partnering with government agencies and private individuals to drastically reduce the margin of the housing deficit within the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and beyond.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Maitama & Gwagwalada - Abuja (FCT) and Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

Job Brief

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team.
• As the face of Bespoke Urban Luxury, you will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and educating prospects on the value of luxury real estate investment.
• If you are aggressive, persuasive, and passionate about solving the housing crisis while earning top-tier commissions, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilties

• Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and site visits.
• Market and promote company properties to prospective buyers and investors.
• Conduct property inspections and site tours with clients.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sale between the company and clients.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation and agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties, pricing, and market trends.
• Meet or exceed assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: ND, HND, or B.Sc in Business, Marketing, Estate Management or any related field
• Experience Length: 1-3 years
• At least 1 years of experience in real estate sales or general sales/marketing.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Lucrative Commission: Up to 6% commission on every successful sale Benefits:

Salary

• Maitama - N80,000 - N150,000 monthly (Base) + Attractive Commission.
• Rivers and Gwagwalada  - N100,000 Monthly.
