We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer / Sales Executive

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketer / Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition, occupancy, and revenue growth across our coworking services. This role is central to the business and combines sales execution, field marketing, and digital marketing.
  • The role operates on a hybrid structure, with three days in-office and two days field-based, engaging directly with individuals, startups, organisations, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively marketing and selling hot desks, private offices, and meeting rooms
  • Generating and converting walk-in, online, and corporate leads
  • Conducting field marketing activities including client visits, partnerships, and outreach
  • Managing digital marketing activities across social media, messaging platforms, and online listings
  • Following up enquiries, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships
  • Developing and executing promotional campaigns, offers, and packages
  • Tracking daily and monthly sales performance against set targets
  • Providing regular sales and market feedback to management
  • This role requires strong ownership, initiative, and a clear focus on revenue generation.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND with 2-3 years experience.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition
  • Experience in coworking spaces, real estate, hospitality, or service-based businesses is an advantage
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience with both field marketing and digital marketing channels
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or sales tracking systems is desirable
