We offer training on all Cisco Networking Academy Instructor-led courses, including but not limited to the list as follows; AI & Data Science, Networking, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Web. Development, Python, Networking, IoT and Digital Transformation and Ethical Hacking.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Cybersecurity Instructor to deliver high-quality training to students and professionals in our IT Training Centre.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in cybersecurity principles, hands-on experience with security tools, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at various skill levels.
• The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, practical lab sessions, mentorship, and assessment while preparing students for industry-recognized certifications and real-world cybersecurity roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured cybersecurity training programs (beginner to advanced level).
• Teach core areas including:
  • Network Security
  • Security Operations (SOC)
  • Risk Management & Compliance
  • Incident Response & Digital Forensics
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, lab guides, and assessments.
• Conduct hands-on lab sessions using tools such as:
  • Wireshark
  • Nmap
  • Metasploit
  • SIEM platforms
  • Firewalls and IDS/IPS systems
• Mentor students on certification pathways such as:
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CEH
  • CISSP (foundational level)
  • Cisco CyberOps
• Evaluate student performance through tests, practical assessments, and projects.
• Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity threats, tools, and industry best practices.
• Support students with career guidance, interview preparation, and portfolio development.
• Maintain training equipment and lab environments (physical and virtual).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience.
• Industry certifications such as:
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CEH
  • CISSP (preferred)
  • Cisco CyberOps
  • Microsoft Security certifications (advantage)

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of:
  • TCP/IP, networking fundamentals
  • Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS
  • Vulnerability assessment tools
  • Windows and Linux security
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox) for lab environments.
• Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is an advantage.
