Job Description

• We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Graduate Trainee – Direct Sales Executive to join our sales team.
• The role involves promoting and selling the company’s products or services directly to customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
• This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through direct marketing, field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
• Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Provide after-sales support and address customer queries or concerns.
• Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
